Oversized Items: For oversized and heavyweight items, additional delivery charges are listed on the products page on our website. These charges are in addition to the base shipping charges and will not be added until the order is processed. These fees will not be reflected on your order summary. Return Policy: All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt, in their original condition and packaging, in order to receive a full refund. All refunds will be credited in the same form of payment as it was originally purchased. We do not accept returns on any custom orders (i.e. helmets, goggles, accupockets, etc.). Return shipping cost on Customer Error are beared by the customer. Returns/Exchanges due to GB Lax error are not subject to return shipping charges. GB Lax reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges or errors. GB Lax is not responsible for returned packages lost in shipment.
